I’m really pleased that two of my poems for children feature in the latest volume of Paddler Press, a beautiful magazine of poetry for children that hales from Canada and has a special interest in the outdoors. Volume 10, named Outside/Inside, is full of wonderful poems, photographs and illustrations. You can download or buy a copy made of paper on the website (link below).
My poem Bird Talk is about listening to the birds in the park and wishing I could understand what they are saying. The Squatter is a sonnet that tells a story about two friends and the den they have made in the wasteland behind their street.
